  • Hydraulic Analysis: 1d or 2d modeling, normal depth calculations, hydraulic controls

  • Geomorphic Analysis: Scour evaluations, sediment transport studies, bank erosion analysis

  • Urban Stormwater: Basin hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, site specific modeling for design

  • In-stream Design: bed and bank protection, channel relocation, large woody debris, habitat

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field) from ABET accredited program

  • EIT license

  • Basic understanding of hydraulics and hydrology

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering w/ Hydraulic or Hydrologic Thesis

  • Hydraulic Modeling experience: Open Channel (HEC-RAS, HY8), 2-D depth-averaged, SWMM stormwater/combined basins, HSPF or WWHM Hydrology, HEC-HMS

  • Flow frequency analysis

  • GIS (qgis) and Civil3D/Autocad experience

  • 1-2 years of consulting or engineering experience

  • Sediment Transport understanding, analysis, modeling
